Julia sought her independence from a young age, and very early on she realized that her job could give her the independence she was looking for. She always dreamed of working in the corporate world and her first job, at the age of 9, was as a model. But at the age of 7 she was already selling her unused toys in a kind of "thrift store" in her building.

At the age of 16, he began managing his neighborhood pet shop with his owner. Later, he took care of the sales department of a company that developed applications for VTEX in 2016.

After that, she was invited to manage the operations of a Chilean company with an Outplacement operation here in Brazil. She went from intern to customer service coordinator.

Her career took her to Microsoft, where she started as a Data and Artificial Intelligence intern and in less than 4 years took on the challenge of managing a New Business area for Public Sector Enterprise accounts, which include Government, Health and Education.

She then became an Account Executive for Modern Work for Public Sector Enterprise accounts, being an early adopter of Copilot technology, which was launched in 2023.

In September 2023, she was invited to manage the Microsoft area of Microsoft's global partner, Noventiq, here in Brazil. Today, she has negotiated more than R$200 million reais in contracts.

In addition to her corporate life, Julia has been a Mentor for over 4 years and is a restless person who loves being on the move, traveling, and connecting with new people and cultures. Her philosophy of life is to consider herself a sponge and absorb everything she can, always having something new to learn.
